Terms of Service

You agree to use the Site for lawful purposes only and not to interfere with its operation, attempt to gain unauthorized access, or use it to send unsolicited communications.

Submitting an inquiry does not create a binding reservation. A stay is only confirmed once a written booking confirmation has been issued by Valdura or by an authorized booking platform (Airbnb, Furnished Finder, Booking.com, or similar).

Stays at Valdura-managed residences are subject to a separate guest agreement and house rules provided at the time of booking.

Pricing for direct stays is provided in writing per inquiry. Stays booked through third-party platforms are subject to that platform's pricing, fees, cancellation, and refund policies.

Cancellation terms are set out in the booking confirmation or the third-party platform's terms. Where Valdura books directly, a 30-day notice is generally required for mid-term reservations unless otherwise agreed.

Guests are responsible for treating each residence with care and complying with the house rules, building rules, and local ordinances. Guests are financially responsible for damage beyond normal wear and tear.

All content on the Site — including text, graphics, photos, logos, and the Valdura name — is the property of Valdura Capital LLC and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or use it without our prior written consent.

The Site and its content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Valdura disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Valdura is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising out of your use of the Site or our services.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida.

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
