- Automatically collected. We use Plausible Analytics, a privacy-friendly analytics service that does not use cookies and does not collect personal data or track you across sites. It records aggregate, anonymous information such as page views, country, referrer, and device type.
- Booking platforms. If you book through Airbnb, Furnished Finder, or Booking.com, that platform's privacy policy governs the information collected during booking. We only receive what the platform shares with us as the property manager.
2. How We Use Your Information
- To respond to inquiries and arrange stays.
- To coordinate check-in, support, and property operations during your stay.
- To improve the Site and our services.
- To comply with applicable legal obligations.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.
3. Sharing
We share information only with:
- Service providers (e.g. database hosting, email delivery) under confidentiality obligations.
- Booking platforms when you book through them.
- Authorities when required by law.
4. Data Retention
We retain inquiry and booking records for as long as needed to provide our services and comply with tax, accounting, and legal obligations. You may request deletion at any time.

We use industry-standard safeguards to protect your information. No method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure, but we work to protect your data against unauthorized access.
